BACK TO THE MADNESS [AND A SMALL UPDATE OF MY LIFE]

 

Is it already middle of August? Common! Really? Do you have this same feeling that time flies during Summer time? So much to do, so many outdoor activities, parties, bbqs, picnics, beach, lake, hiking and the list goes on and on. 

I just came back to my hometown and I completly forgot how packed it can get with tourists during this season. It's a mess but I'm happy that income is coming to my neighbours, friends and family. I'm happy I came from a place where many people consider a paradise. I don't really need to go too far to enjoy a good beach or a enjoyable walk. Weather here is perfect!

CROCHET TREES PARK

Those moments you are walking with no destination, you just put a smile on and walk. Suddently you stop and can't believe in your eyes: "What is this dude?!!" Exactly what happen to me when I was killing time in Portimão and found this little tiny super cute and colorful park, what a brilliant idea, crochet in the trees.

COLORING MANDALAS

If you ever want to design your own mandala, this is a really good video showing step by step how to do it.

You know, my lifestyle doesn't include a routine and a 8 hour job with 2 days off. I have all the time I want to do whatever I like. When I'm not traveling I'm simply enjoying life. When I feel the need to learn more, I join workshops. One of my favorite hobbies is Coloring Mandalas. I can color inside if it's raining, I can color outside close to the ocean if it's sunny. I can color while traveling. I can color whenever I feel like!

SUPER FUN CHALLENGES FOR 2014

I found out about two interesting projects for this coming year and decided to share with you.

Someone made this incredible chart! This is a genious idea to save money for what you wish/need/want. In the end of the year you save 1.378 dollars or euros. Very worth it and besides the last months, it's pretty easy to save up the money. If you cannot make it until the end of the year it's OK, don't need to be so hard to yourself... 500 dollars/euros is already lots of money.
